Class Overview:

Mindfulness can be simply defined as “attending to the present moment with a kind, curious attitude.” It helps us see clearly what is actually here in the present moment, and invites us to be fully present with our children, to attune to them and see them clearly. You’ll learn about Mindfulness as a practice and how to incorporate it into your parenting.
